Dine and Social Impact Coffee in Charity Partnership – FM Industry
A partnership between Dine Contract Catering and Social Impact Coffee will donate 65 per cent of profits from coffee beans sales to charities in the UK.
Start-up roastery Social Impact Coffee believes coffee beans shouldn’t just taste good but do good, syncing with Dine’s philosophy of delivering catering services that make a positive impact on the environment and local communities.
In an extra twist, Dine customers will decide which charities the money raised supports.
Our clients and their people will have access to outstanding coffee and will also know they are raising money for a charity which is close to their heart – and close to their community.
Dine’s first Social Impact Coffee bar is already open at TD SYNNEX in Basingstoke, with others set to be rolled out over the coming months.
Nick Haynes, Dine managing director, says: “This is an exciting project with a fantastic roastery whose ethos fits perfectly with ours.
“Our clients and their people will have access to outstanding coffee and will also know they are raising money for a charity which is close to their heart – and close to their community.”
The globally sourced beans used by Social Impact Coffee are Q-graded rated at 80+ which makes them some of the finest in the world.
Leo Coates, Director of Social Impact Coffee says: “We’re delighted to be partnering with Dine Contract Catering to bring our coffee to a new audience – and to help businesses support their local communities and charities.
“There’s a real connection between the two business in terms of what we want to achieve. We both want coffee that tastes good, does good and is good for the planet as well. That’s a powerful combination.”
