I generally tend to prefer nonstick cookware in my kitchen. Why? Because it’s effortless to cook with and clean. But I’ve been using stainless steel cookware more and more over the last couple of years, and I’m starting to get the hang of it. It’s big enough to cook a steak, a hearty fillet of salmon, a few eggs, a couple of pancakes, or a head of broccoli. In other words, it’ll get used constantly in my kitchen. The pan can go into an oven as hot as 600°F (my oven can’t even get that hot!), and it’s compatible with any stovetop (yep, even induction).
